Seriously, No One Cares About Duke Nukem And His Gum.

This morning's rumour from Kotaku suggests the game's not as dead as people think. According to the website, Gearbox has picked up development of Duke Nukem Forever from where 3D Realms left off. They add that a demo of the game may appear as soon as this year.

Fuelling the rumours, Gearbox's president, Randy Pitchford, refused to comment on the topic, but hinted that he may be able to clarify the subject later in the year at the Penny Arcade Expo.

We really don't care, but we can see how this is big news. PAX it is then.
