Like Prince Of Persia: The Forgotten Sands... But For PSP.

Thankfully, they've now decided it a fitting moment to discuss the PSP version. Apparently, the portable version is a "unique game built from the ground up" and "is not a port from any other system". Good start.

The Prince will return to the second-dimension for his PSP outing, but Ubisoft producer Joel Vignola is keen to highlight that the game is a "3D sidescroller, because the world itself is 3D and we play with depth ... the Prince [is] not always locked onto an axis".

Like Assassin's Creed: Bloodlines, Prince Of Persia: The Forgotten Sands PSP will connect to the PS3 version, unlocking bonus XP in the PS3 version and a Sands Of Time outfit in the PSP game.

Check out the trailer for the PSP version after the jump.
