If you're a game developer type, you're probably really excited that Crytek's CryEngine 3 games engine is totally available now

Aside from offering cutting edge next-generation graphics, CryEngine 3 is able to simultaneously test games on PC, PS3 and XBOX 360; so even if you don't know how to develop for the PS3's Cell - the CryEngine 3 will optimise the game.
