Modern Warfare 2 Will Have Elements Of Its Score Contributed By Hans Zimmer.

There were rumours last night that Hans Zimmer — the award winning composer for films such as Gladiator, The Pirates Of The Caribean and As Good As It Gets — will be contributing to the Modern Warfare 2 soundtrack. That has now been confirmed by Infinity Ward's community manager Robert Bowling.

We can't wait to see what Zimmer comes up with. Hopefully he can generate a real bond between plot and player. The danger of games like Modern Warfare 2 is that they are all explosions and less emotion. Call Of Duty 4 managed to achieve emotion in a number of scenes. Zimmer could amplify that.
