A Japanese site for the game has estimated release dates for both versions of the game - the XBOX 360 version listed as winter and the PS3 version TBA. While this is no confirmation of timed exclusivity by any stretch, it's certainly looking likely.

To be perfectly honest we wish Capcom would just say what's going on with the game and be done with it.
