We'll No Longer Be Spending Six Days In Fallujah.

It's hardly man-kinds finest hour is it? While shooters are indefinitely fun, we can't help but feel mimicking real-life scenarios with recharging health bars and respawn points is a bit... Dumb.

Alas, Konami's recently announced Six Days In Fallujah was one such game that sparked the response: "OMFG what the hell are you doing?"

Set in Iraq, the game has rightly drawn a vast amount of criticism, both from the military and just gamers in general. It's too soon. Thankfully, Konami has done the right thing and decided not to publish the title.

There's nothing stopping developers Atomic Games looking for a new publisher, but honestly, they must have been crazy thinking this scenario would work in the first place.
