Killzone 2 wasn't advertised. Above you'll see a fans impression of what an advert for the game might have looked like. As a fans attempt we say it's actually pretty darn good to be honest. If Sony had stumped up the $5million required to advertise on America's biggest sporting event we'd have expected the ad to drop the captions and be more "gritty".
Going hand in hand with Sony's non-Superbowl push is the news that Sony are to put £2million behind promoting Killzone 2 in the UK. Sources claim Sony plan to "swarm the island with television and cinema ads".
Let's hope the launch lives up to expectations.
