This list helped me out greatly! However, Arkansas is missing from the list. It is the final coin. It can be found after going through the flooded basement and squeezing out through the front door of the convenience store above. Once outside of the convenience store, look immediately to your left and the coin will be under the front of the shipping cart.
Very helpful but you missed Arkansas
