Topic: Is there no way of privately messaging someone?

Honestly as a mod I hope we never get this feature.

why not simply ask them to message you via facebook or psn?

I heard postcards still work, some old person told me about this thing called a postal service, don't know what that's all about?

Ok I will elaborate a little more the problem with a PM system is the following

1)  This is the big one but spamming.  We really dont need Spambots creating accounts just to spam users mailboxes and since it is a private mailbox we (the mod team) wont be able to see when it happens. 

2) Bullying.  We really dont need useres contact us saying this guy is sending me nasty messages and stuff like that.

Honestly guys there are hundreds of other ways to send PMS to one another out there emails, facebook, sites like Backloggery that really I dont see a reasons why we need one just to for the headaches.
