Topic: Second hand ps4 help

Hello. I have purchased a ps4 from a local newspaper ad and was wondering if anyone can give me some advice as how to remove the previous owners settings? Is there a default reset somewhere in the menu that can format the whole device back to the factory settings?

Select [Initialization] > [Restore Default Settings], and then follow the screens.

Notices
Once the restore operation is done, it cannot be undone.
Do not turn off the PS4™ system during the restore operation. If you do, the system might be damaged.
Even if you perform this operation, the system software will not be restored to a previous version.
