Oh boy I loved this game but being the idiot child I was, I swapped it with a school friend for something that was just lame and never got it back. Life lesson learned right there.

Now I may be an idiot, but there's one thing I am not sir, and that sir, is an idiot

When I started compiling a list I actually ended up with close to 50 games . After a fair bit of thought & agonizing decision making, in no particular, here's my top 25:

1. Super Mario World- SNES (cause 90s kid)
2. Pokemon Blue- Game Boy
3. Dragon Ball Final Bout- PS1
4. Pokemon Crystal- Game Boy Color
5. Dragon Ball Z Budokai Tenkaichi 3- PS2
6. Kingdom Hearts- PS2
7. Kingdom Hearts 2- PS2
8. TimeSplitters Future Perfect- PS2
9. SmackDown vs Raw- PS2
10. Sonic Adventure 2 Battle- GameCube
11. Crisis Core- Final Fantasy VII- PSP
12. Assasin's Creed 2- PS3
13. Bioshock Infinite- PS3
14. God of War 3- PS3
15. Final Fantasy XIII- PS3 (mic drop)
16. Dark Souls- PS3
17. Disgaea 3: Absence of Justice- PS3
18. The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim- PS3
19. Infamous 2- PS3
20. South Park: The Stick of Truth- PS3
21. Uncharted 2- PS3
22. Football Manger 2014- PC
23. Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth- PS Vita
24. Uncharted 4- PS4
25. Bloodborne- PS4

I realize these might not be the 'best' 25 games, but they mean a lot to me. I remember them fondly to the point were I'll refuse to play some of them again in fear that it might damage my memory of them.

@themcnoisy: I knew that one would come back to bite me. I can't lie, I won't lie . Was hooked the moment I saw the international Leona Lewis trailer. The battle system is also by far my favorite out of all the FF games. Also Fang.

God this is so hard; I'll start with the four I play the most, then finish with the one's that I liked the most at the time

1. Final Fantasy XII. I have ridiculous hours in this, over PS2 and PS3 and back again. I just love it, I was so disappointed with XIII. See below.
2. Tony Hawks Pro Skater. The first one. Controlled like an arcade game, played like one, too.
3. Hyper Sports - arcade. Once you git gud... it's just amazing. Perfect for its time and multiplayer like I hadn't seen before. Put Track & Field here too, though for me HS is the better game...
4. Head over Heels. Speccy. Or remake, if you like on PC. One of the first games that made you feel like youre exploring (I didn't like ELITE as much as I probably should have)
5. Star Wars - arcade. In the cockpit, 20 years after it came out. It's so good. When I was a kid, I was a bit 'nah' to that kind of game. I appreciate it a lot more now.
6. Dance Dance Revolution ANYMIX. I bought a two player Euromix once upon a time.
7. Arkanoid arcade. The Speccy port was poo, mind
8. The Last of Us: Purely from a gameplay perspective; I'm stuck and have been for two years, but it's the best game of this type I've ever played - and I don't play them often
9: R-type - arcade. When this gets remade and the reviews say it's difficult, I have a laugh. It's just honest. Apart from level 6.
10: Ni No Kuni WotWW: I should have probably put this higher. Superb.
11. Bubble Bobble. Should have put this higher.
12. Final Fantasy VII. This should probably be lower for me but the story's good. Like many, the first game that made me cry.
13. Final Fantasy XIII. I played the death out of it, I wanted another XII. But it's a very good game and shows off the PS3 well. But it's still poo-ish. It is really good. Play it! Bi! polar!
14. Wonderboy. Arcade preferably, but the first one Sega did is adequate. Imagine the crying now about the hidden dolls!
15: Another Final Fantasy: X this time. The dark aeon version. I got a plat!!
16: Last Ninja 2. I hope it was two. C64/or more? Can't remember. But the boss at the end of the first level where all you had to do was throw a smoke bomb? DAYS. LITERALLY days. But, if you got your timing spot on, you could walk past the dragon. That's how we did it. Still brill tho. The telescope!
17: Battle Arena Toshinden. Lush in my head, and did more for me than Ridge Racer ever could. Though RR convinced mam and dad to buy me the console for my 18th

Arghh, is hard. I'll update it with my top 7 that aren't in the top 18

Impossible list to make and impossible to order them, but lets have a go. I'll and try and make it one game per franchise, and outside the top 10 the order will be very random. The top are sort of ranked on much history I've had with these games and the influence they've had on me, 25 being the worst (still awesome) and number 1 being the greatest. Also listed the console I played them on first. I feel bad because there must have been so many great games I've let out. I made this fairly quickly, sort of by glancing at my shelf.

25) Brother's: A Tale Of Two Sons (PS4)
24) Ape Escape 3 (PS2)
23) Jak 3 (PS2)
22) F-Zero X (N64)
21) Gravity Rush 2 (PS4)
20) Infamous 2 (PS3)
19) Fire Emblem Awakening (3DS)
18) Ico (PS2)
17) The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt (PS4)
16) Horizon Zero Dawn (PS4)
15) Super Smash Bros Wii U (Wii U)
14) Mario Kart 8 (Wii U)
13) Ratchet and Clank: Tools of Destruction (PS3)
12) The Last Guardian (PS4)
11) Doom (PS4)
10) Silent Hill 2 (PS2)
9) Super Mario 64 (N64)
8) Bloodborne (PS4)
7) Journey (PS3)
6) Shadow Of The Colossus (PS2)
5)Star Wars Battlefront 2 (PS2)
4) Call Of Duty 4: Modern Warfare (PS3)
3) Pokemon SoulSilver (DS)
2) Uncharted 4: A Thief's End (PS4)
1) The Last Of Us (PS3)

Doopliss

Here's mine, in some vague order. The order mainly matters within the same series. I kinda stopped when I reached 25, so I might've missed something crucial, but here goes:

25: Pokémon Emerald (GBA)
24: Mario Kart DS (DS)
23: Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 4 (GameCube)
22: Wonderboy III: The Dragon's Trap (SMS)
21: Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate (3DS)
20: Prototype (360)
19: Undertale (PC)
18: Super Mario Galaxy (Wii)
17: Asura's Wrath (360)
16: Oni (PC)
15: Mass Effect 2 (360)
14: Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door (GameCube)
13: Pikmin 2 (GameCube)
12: Max Payne 2 (PC)
11: Bayonetta (360)
10: Super Mario World: Super Mario Advance 2 (GBA)
9: The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker (GameCube)
8: Super Mario Sunshine (GameCube)
7: Super Smash Bros Brawl (Wii)
6: Super Mario Advance 4: Super Mario Bros 3 (GBA)(Or the NES original)
5: The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword (Wii)
4: Super Paper Mario (Wii)
3: Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance (360)
2: Metroid Prime (GameCube)
1: Street Fighter IV (360)(Or SSFIVAE2012, but the original has special significance to me)

Breath of the Wild was a good game, but at its core it's still open world and once the magic was gone it was gone for good, so I can't justify putting ot on there when I have to other LoZ titles I like better. Other honorable mentions include Diablo 2, Pokémon X, Mass Effect 3, Smash 4, Hyrule Warriors, and the other 3D Zeldas, core Metroid Primes and 3D Marios (except 3D Land/world). I'm a little behind on newer titles, so something like NieR Automata might fit on here at some point.

Maybe Doopliss isn't kicking butt, but he's taking names!
