Topic: Bayonetta 1, 2 & 3

So I am shocked and excited to see the Bayonetta 3 announcement but I only got to play the first game on my PS3, loved it and might replay now since I never traded it in before the port of Bayonetta 2 to the Switch Feb 16th. I never got to play the second since I didn't own a Wii U so this was the most exciting announcement of the game awards for me (if that isn't Bloodbourne 2).

Yeah even though I got Bayonetta on the 360 thanks to GWG I will be honest I never played it, it's one of the games that gets lost in my backlog. I played a bit of 2 on the Wii U but really didn't want to get too involved with it since I never played the first one. I will definitely be picking up this combo pack of 1 and 2 for the Switch though.

I'm pretty sold on this, I love Platinum games but not played any of these games.

@kyleforrester87 They're full of technical, lightning-fast combat and ridiculous, hugely over-the-top setpieces. Every combat scenario is ranked, and the games are filled with challenges, making them hugely replayable as well.

@Ralizah Yeah I did play a tiny bit of the first one to be totally honest, I'm sure I'll love em!

@kyleforrester87 Bayonetta 2 is a bit more approachable: Witch Time is way easier to trigger but doesn't last as long as it did in the first game, which gives it more of a Nier: Automata or Breath of the Wild flavor where you're constantly triggering perfect dodges in the middle of a battle.

Haven't played either game, though I have wanted to. Guess there will be no better time than February.

It will give me an excuse to play something on my PS3 instead of just using it for Netflix. Time to kill some angels.

All the games are great and Bayonetta 2 is one of the best games on this generation, imho.
Can't wait for Bayonetta 3.
