Thought I should do some cooking tonight to avoid another takeaway so did my personal favourite.
Roasted and freshly seasoned chicken breast, filled with mozzarella cheese, fried onion, pepper and mushroom all wrapped up and sealed with fresh parma ham on top of a bed of mushroom risotto.
@Kidfried Your sadness at only having one cookie prevents a different emotion if you'd eaten two.
Guilt. Which is what I'm feeling now, having just stuffed my face with a whole bunch of marshmallows after returning from a really pleasant, rich and filling meal out.

Oh nice, a food thread, I totally forgot about this. Currently have a chicken and white wine stew bubbling away which should be done in a couple of hours. I’ll send pics if it looks alright, if not then forget this ever happened.

@Octane It turned out alright although Aldi chicken thighs are bloody horrible. Barely any meat and mostly weird bones and stuff I didn’t know chickens had inside them. It could have done with some nice crusty buttered bread but honestly so could any dish ever.
@nessisonett I don't trust anything Aldi. Their meat is probably imported from the shadiest of all places. I rarely eat meat, but when I do I go to a local butcher, it's way better.
