@KALofKRYPTON None of those - Just shows how difficult it is to describe a game. I played it on my CPC464 and only had a one word name - like Arkonon or something weird like that. May even be a side scroller more than a platformer...
As I had to throw all my old games and hardware away around 7yrs ago, and before that they had been in the attic for 20yrs+, I really can't remember anymore - damn old age!! LOL
A pessimist is just an optimist with experience!
Why can't life be like gaming? Why can't I restart from an earlier checkpoint??
Feel free to add me but please send a message so I know where you know me from...

OK, my submissions.
Largely these are the games that mostly scream(ed) at me to pick them up and/or perfectly encapsulate the feeling of playing the games.
Pretty much all MegaDrive games too, barring Interstate '76 and Loaded. (all images are linked)

The Sega Mega Drive versions (and assumedly the same region artwork) of Altered Beast and Street Fighter 2 Championship Edition have already been submitted @KALofKRYPTON by AdamNovice unfortunately!
He also submitted Speedball 2 but that was the amiga version... I'll have to defer to @Th3solution on that
-EDIT- Just looked at the Speedball pics properly myself... The Amiga version's box art is cropped quite a bit compared the mega drive one so... Should be fine? Possibly? I dunno I'm the assistant! π
... Good pick on Flashback though Kal! Always liked that cover art! Only SNES game that made me play the console for more then 30 minutes... I was just going to submit it myself!
ThroughTheIris56 already submitted the EU version of Shadow Of The Colossus @crimsontadpoles but other then that I believe all your other submissions are A-Ok!
Nice to see you back by the way

@Foxy-Goddess-Scotchy Ah that's ok. I just checked in my Bitmap Brothers Universe book. Looks like the MegaDrive version is possibly the only one with the full uncropped image. Possibly due to the box dimensions π€
That, and the MegaDrive logo never fails to make me smile π
I love Flashback. And the box art made me feel like I was about to play something properly sci fi and 'grown up'.
The US box art was rubbish! π
@Foxy-Goddess-Scotchy Thanks assistant for the assistance! Way to keep an eye on the entries to avoid duplicates. Keep up the great work.
As far as speedball 2, Iβm leaving the first Amiga version only, since they are basically the same art just cropped differently. I donβt want to potentially split votes between the two.
But I did take KALβs Altered Beast image since it was a bit higher res. of the same art.
Edit: Nevermind β I just now saw that Adam conceded his speedball 2 to the Mega Drive version, so I changed it to that one. I am just now catching up on the posts for the day
@Th3solution, thanks for the hard work! Though I just want to point out that you added the NA art for Perfect Dark rather than the Japanese art (the one I was pointing out is all red, similar to the WotS2 box).
