Anyone missing real sport in the current climate? I recently discovered the 'Not GP's' with real driver/e-sport drivers/celebs as a filler. It's starting as I write this and can be found here
Anyone finding any fun things like this post it here.
i watched a race yesterday that was shown live using a free to play game called RacingRoom, it wasn't bad
"I pity you. You just don't get it at all...there's not a thing I don't cherish!"
"Now! This is it! Now is the time to choose! Die and be free of pain or live and fight your sorrow! Now is the time to shape your stories! Your fate is in your hands!
That F1 Virtual Grand Prix was great fun. Everybody collided on the first turn of the first lap, it was absolute chaos. Johnny Herbert actually was first for a while because he decided the first turn didn’t exist 😂😂
@BearsEatBeets It was a great laugh same as last time. It’s actually got me into F1 2019, it’s a fantastic racing game even if I play with all the noob assists on 😅
Qualifying for this going on now. Lots of ex drivers.
Legends from Formula 1, Indycar, NASCAR, Super GT, Le Mans, Formula E race each other LIVE!
CONFIRMED LEGENDS: Adrián Fernández, Dario Franchitti, David Brabham, Emanuele Pirro, Emerson Fittipaldi, Hélio Castroneves, Jan Magnussen, Juan Pablo Montoya, Max Papis, Tony Kanaan, Tiago Monteiro, Andy Priaulx, Darren Turner, Vitantonio Liuzzi, Jenson Button, Mika Salo, Oriol Servia, Michel Jourdain Jr, Jacques Villeneuve, Bryan Herta, Gil de Ferran, Petter Solberg, Jason Plato
@nessisonett I missed all the rounds so far as they were on when I sleep (work nights). Might have to find them. Discovered today that there is also going to be a virtual Madrid Open next with Rafael Nadal, Andy Murray and some others. 32 players in total. Typically 2pm Mon to Thurs so will be sleeping again but hopefully can find it online afterwards.
@BearsEatBeets The tennis should be great despite the game they’re using not being fantastic. It’s not really about the actual sport, the banter’s what makes these things.
@nessisonett Yeah I'm looking forward to Andy and Rafa moaning about their on screen counterparts mistakes. Gael Monfils is playing so I wonder if the game allows trick shots.
Virtual Madrid Open has started. Pretty big names taking part, all proper pros. It's going to depend how good the game they are using is but this could be my afternoon now.
