Topic: Will anything ever beat Rocket League for free games on PS Plus?

@themcnoisy: There's a great learning curve in Rocket League, and yes, it does probably do football better than FIFA.

I think you will find another game that you end up getting for free off of PSN that just throws you... Rocket League did that for me as well...

I know in the past a large hand full of games have done the same thing and it is bound to happen again and again... it is only a matter of time...

@Speedy67: So to answer the question, Rocket League is firmly my favourite ps4 psplus game so far, ahead of Rogue Legacy and Resogun (I bought this separately but its been on plus before I owned a ps4), which both grabbed me. Unless a game as amazing as Streets of Rage 2, Final Fantasy 8 or Mass Effect 2 bounces onto plus at release then no, it wont be bettered in my opinion.

Yeah, Resogun stands on the top of my Best Plus Game on PS4 as well.

RL is fun, but I'm just to busy with other games to return to it. That and as good as none of my friends played it...they were still on the Destiny-drug that I got away from at the time.

But I think RL has become VERY good PR for Sony when they go shopping for the next Plus game.
Even though RL was free on Plus, they have made $50 million profit IIRC....that is HUGE for a game that wasn't that expensive to make.
