Topic: Who's the Best Villain in Marvel's Spider-Man

I've made a list: every villain in Spider-Man, rated from worst to best. And Doctor Octopus is not at the number one spot! Now here me out on this: I liked seeing Octavius' fall from benevolent scientist to demented madman, and I love how Insomniac lets us see it happen in front of us. But I had to give Mister Negative the top spot because he had an equally compelling backstory, really cool powers, and was the driving force behind most of the game's events. Plus his boss fight was pretty epic.
