for few days already im experiencing this strange problem. Ive been playing FIFA18FUT and in one moment everythig has been frozen, tried with ps home button-close app,but i just couldnt do anything to reach ps home. I turned it off after few mins. In the morning i turned it on and saw PS logo, everything was smooth i started FIFA again, but it just couldnt load it was loading like 2 or 3 mins(FIFA load screen(3bars)) . After that here comes the freezing once again, from that moment now on this is happening: PS wont go further than PSlogo(last 2 days not even PS logo is poping up) SafeMode is in loop sh*t ,yesterday i could do all safe mode options but none of them was succes it would just give me notifiction after i tried even initialize or update ''cannot start ps4'' or '' cannot access system storage'' etc etc... before yall tell me to try to download 900+mb file (full reinstall file) or 5.55 update file - I DID IT ALL TRIED EVERYTHING NOTHING HELPS! Tried again today and now every safe mode is not reachable but the last one, tried it nothing comes up initialize stuck at 99% then give me one of the notifications i mentioned up there. I wondered if i try to connect my LAN cable directly into PS and try to update via interet, but i think it was too late cuz i just cant get to option ''updated system software''
So if anyone of you guys has some advice that might help me get back to the PS i would really appreciate it.Thanks to everyone further...
@kyleforrester87 You could just say ''i have no clue how to help you'' or even ignore it at all. Posting comments like this actng like ''smarta$$'' is so sensless.
@antonio1488 Unfortunately it sounds like it might be some kind of system corruption. Depending on how serious it is (and going by the fact that you're not able to do anything in safe mode suggests that it is quite serious), you may have no choice but to replace your console.
If it's still under warranty you might be able to get Sony to replace it, but I'm not sure on how that works these days (been years since I did it).
Do not post vague topic titles; Please make the topic title you are creating descriptive, clearly reflecting the topic you are addressing. Do not make generic titles such as "Question" or "I need help", these topics will probably go un-noticed, whereas a topic with a descriptive title will gain more interest.
Which I do have to agree this is not a matter of life and death thus urgent isn't needed. Also watch your tone towards other users.

I get what you mean about people emailing at work with URGENT in the title or the urgent tag selected, when it is totally not urgent. Does my swede in. Someone used to flag every email as urgent, we had ask to her stop as we were just gonna treat every email from her as not urgent.
This sounds like a problem that is getting worse since each time you try, the system gives you less options. Could be an OS issue but I would guess it might be HD related maybe. I had a similar issues many years ago with an old mac. Either way, I am afraid that Sony support will be your best bet. You have done all the sensible things so prob needs some engineering help.
