@kyleforrester87 I always thought it'd be funny for somebody to actually parody an RPG like Skyrim in a film. I can just imagine some bloke weighed down by swords, potions, various armour, loads of meet and drink, some crappy old knives and a broken jug standing in front of a dragon and saying 'Hold up mate, can I just change my armour please?' and then 'Errm, can we stop for a moment whilst I sip a power potion please' and then stumbling around making a huge clanging noise as everything swings about.

When I booted up the game, it said 0 colossi defeated and 00:00:00 time played, but when I selected my seemingly non-existent save file, I went back into the game where I left it. Weird.

I don’t remember the fruit in the PS2 version being this varied. I’ve found pineapples, big pumpkins, and oversized tomatoes, among others growing in the trees. Bravo Bluepoint.

The early bird gets the worm, but the second mouse gets the cheese.

Colossus 11 is by far the most annoying one yet. Everytime it knocked me over by the time I got up it would just swipe at me again.

@Th3solution I've not noticed any other fruit other than the large oblong shaped orange coloured ones growing on trees. Do they grow in other places then?

@JohnnyShoulder There’s fruit trees scattered all over the map but they are quite rare. Once you see a couple of the trees it grows on you can start to tell which trees to look for because they do look a little different. It seems like a lot of the fruit trees tend to be close to the save shrines, but not always. Many of them are just randomly placed. And each fruit tree has anywhere from just one fruit up to six hidden per fruit tree. The hardest to spot are a large lobulated green type of fruit that looks kind of like several coconuts fused together since the green is the same color as the leaves. The other colored ones are easier to spot, like those orange carrot looking ones you’ve noticed.

I have not have a 4K tv yet , playing on plasma Tv
Just got Shadow of the colossus for Ps4 pro, and finished the 1 colossus
But is it just me or by the shrine when moving around the screen get distorted (flickering) everytime turning
around near the shrine, like a screen resolution distortion, How would it work good on my Tv
it happen in all filters (filters off also) in performance mode but not in cinema mode.
Any suggestion?
is like movement of the camera of the game moves faster than the game can handle (only camera movement and near the shrine when moving around with camera)

Didn't personally experience that issue as don't have a pro or plasma.

Have you tried Googling it?

I beat the game yesterday, but I'm looking through the trophies, and there are some interesting stats. You get a trophy for every colossus you beat, and the percentage slowly drops from 94.1% to 26.3%. The drops in percentage are big at first and they get smaller over time (as expected). But it's interesting to think that, assuming a million people bought the game, nearly 60,000 people never beat the first colossus. Only 31.7% managed to eat a piece of fruit, and 38.4% collected a white lizard tail. Surprisingly low numbers.

Here's the interesting this, whilst 26.3% managed to defeat the last colossus, only 25.1% of people managed to beat the game. That means that a little over 4% of the people who beat the last colossus, didn't beat the game. And I don't believe you have to do a whole lot except watch a cut-scene, even the last sequence isn't mandatory to actively play. It could be that I'm checking the trophies at the wrong time, and people just beat the last colossus and they haven't finished the rest of it yet, but I find it interesting nonetheless. I guess that at least some people quit the game after the last colossus.

@Octane Yeah, I find it surprising also. If they make it that far to the end, why don’t they finish it? Also, as incredibly easy as it is to get the trophy for eating a piece of fruit (there’s a fruit tree not far straight out the opening of the main shrine) and there is at least one white tailed lizard at every single shine, the game never really tell you can eat those things, or how to get them. You just have to experiment shooting them down. I could see 60% of people playing as just going through the motions, superficially jumping from Colossus to Colossus, and never really look up in the trees or down on the ground.
