Topic: Ps plus question

In some way my son accidently activated ps plus for two days. I received an e-mail and it was called "System trial - discovery". I haven't been charged anything and in settings it says that the period ends tomorrow. Contacted Sony and they say I can stop the ps plus from continue automatical in settings but I don't have that option in the menu. Received a link also but it don't work either. Anyone got a tip?

Usually in the email they send you they send a link but if as you said it didn't work the only other thing I can think of is contact Sony again.

Yeah I am not sure where in settings you would go and I am not home now so I can't check on my PS4 so just search the settings. Otherwise it sounds like you did everything I can think of maybe Sony has to resend the email I know sometimes those links can be time senesitive.

Ps4...settings,playstation network/account managment,account information, services list, scroll down and find playstation plus, choose where it says subscription and then at the bottom you should see stop automatic renewal

I tried that but "stop automatic renewal" doesn't appear in the menu.

Odd...i check through the menu and it was there...i clicked it off then it said restart automatic renewal...hope you get the problem solved:-)
Were any debit/credit details involved.?... If not then it cant renew anyway

My creditcard details are in the system but nothing has been charged. I guess I can unregister it if the subscription continues. Thanks!
