So does this mean that theres no hope in ever getting mods that make the character models look more realistic for instance? The mods can only be made from whats already in the game... So basically that means the game will ALWAYS look the same?! No new character skins or fan made weapons etc? The mods will be boring stuff like .... I dont know ... This generic claymore will do twice as much damage as it normally would etc. I hope im wrong because all ive ever wanted is character/npc mods that make them look "better" and mods that change what the world looks like, but if modders can only use whats in the game already then that suggests that its always going to look like the same old game we already have seen (despite the updated grahics/resolution) can anyone shed some light on this or crush my dreams?

@Gmork___: Well the mods that improve the graphics on PC require better hardware than the normal recommended specs. So I expect it would be running like a slideshow on PS4 if it was modified to use higher res character models etc.

There are some great menu mods ... default menus were horrible

@Gmork___ As long as we can fix the vanilla UI im happy. In answer to your question though, I expect it'll be similar to the creation kit on PC, wherein you can use anything already created in-game to create new quests, weapons, armors, dungeons or even towns I guess, pretty sure you can create quests too. What you won't see is original user-created artwork, textures, meshes or music etc. So all in all, pretty disappointing.
What you are looking for would definitely fall under new character meshes and textures, so you may be outta luck unfortunately
