Pretty sure Nathan from PlayStation Access said there will be a No Mans Sky video coming up in the week. I hope they shed more light on this game. Excited about this!
I'm very excited for this game but cannot shake the fear/feeling that this might be a disappointment in the making. That it will all work as advertised only that it will lose it's "wow factor" really soon as random generated content will just start to repeat ("Oh, I've seen that dinosaur-animal-thing just in a different color."). Hope I'm wrong.

@themcnoisy: Just from looking around websites every day, podcasts, youtube etc...I think we can definitely expect No Mans Sky new this week or even today if that's when the embargo lifts. VideoGamer mentioned a game they've been playing but is under embargo until today.

While I'm really excited to see what this game turns out to be, I've really had to force my hopes down to as low as they'll go. I mean, it takes super computers to accurately simulate the universe, and the PS4 is most certainly not that. Everything talked about just reeks of marketing and hype fuel. I do hope this will end up blowing me away though.
I must admit, I'd be too down to play it with PSVR though. That would be a dream come true.
A listing on the U.S. PlayStation Blog listed but has since been taken down, that preordered for the game will be available in a matter of days and that the game will be a full priced $60 game
This looks like the perfect game to play between the more 'serious' games like Persona, Uncharted, Battlefield, Division etc.

I remember being really excited for No Man's Sky back when it was announced. The idea of such a vast space to explore and get lost in had me super hyped.
As time went by, however, my excitement for the game dwindled; it was taking an awfully long time, there was next to no new footage, and the game remained largely a mystery.
Now, after all the latest media coverage and new information, I'm hyped up all over again - it sounds wonderful. The aesthetic is gorgeous, and the way the game allows you to approach its universe in whichever way you like should mean a lot of people will find something to love.
I'm hoping this game turns out to be a stunner, silences all the doubters, and goes on to be a massive success for Hello Games. Roll on June!
@BlaBlaBla agreed. A great game to pick up and explore a few planets build a better ship and then come back too after playing something else for awhile.
Saw this on NeoGAF and thought it was worth sharing.
It's basically the footage shown in the recent previews, only it includes the game's audio, which is something we haven't heard all that much of. The soundtrack and the animal sound effects are procedurally generated, the same way the planets and the creatures themselves are. It's pretty interesting to hear, and at least shows that this game is going to be pretty darn atmospheric.
Some of those scenes were gorgeous. Makes me think, if it bleeds, we can kill it. Glad I ordered the special edition. The flippin Vinyl has sold out, hopefully more will turn up soon...
