@Scollurio Not tried the Multiplayer yet as Battlefield 4 has been my poison of late. Maybe I should check it out as I've been hearing that a few people are really into it.
Compared to BF KZ Multiplayer is more confined, a bit like call of duty without BEING call of duty, which makes it really good. The smaller scale of the maps does not hurt either, in contrary, the fights are more intense and can sway to either side really quick whereas in BF i found it to be difficult oftentimes to be at the right place in the right time, missing out on some action, but thats just me of course!

Top 5 Indies I'd recommend you try: #1 Lovecraft's Untold Stories, #2 Moonlighter, #3 Hotline Miami, #4 Inside, #5 Into the Breach.
@Wesker Stability in BF4 seems to have improved with the last patch so it's way better than it was. That said it bloody should be so long after release. What has annoyed me more is that my campaign save game has corrupted three times forcing me to start over again.
It will be interesting to see if the problems has an effect on the sales of the next Battlefield game.
The Radec/Rico voice pack is live on PSN just bought it and might record some footage from it later. Is there a way to embed FB vids on this site and NL?

Rip 'em from fb and upload to YouTube.

"Fate: Protects fools, little children, and ships named Enterprise." - Cmdr William T. Riker
I'm somewhere in chapter 2, and the game wants me to find a communication tower, I have no idea where to look for it lol. Managed to find the two guns, and I attached a bomb on the crashed ship, but the com tower seems to be invisible. Does anyone know where to look for it?
@Octane The comms tower is on the right-hand side of the map (when facing the large statue). You have to cross a small, narrow bridge to reach it, which is directly beneath the cliff you entered the area at the top of. Your objective is inside the main floor of the building, which you can access via a walkway on the left, or by sneaking around the back (this'll depend upon whether you made it across the bridge quietly or not, but it's a relatively simple location to just storm). Hack the comms panel to clear the objective.

@RogerRoger Thanks! I went there before but I thought it was a dead end. The waypoint didn't for the com tower didn't show up on my map, so it was a bit difficult to find.
@Octane Anytime. It's been years since I've played it; I only remembered because I had a tough time finding it myself, too, and might've even made a clip to show a similarly-stuck friend.
There are a few other moments like that later on, I seem to recall. It's great at pointing you in the direction for the core story, but secondary objectives are often tucked away someplace obscure, and the waypoints are a little random. Hope you continue to enjoy!

Not played previous Killzones before but really enjoyed Shadow Fall. Didn't like a couple of sections when you have fight waves of enemies or the way some characters put their faces right into yours. But overall, a great game.
Life is more fun when you help people succeed, instead of wishing them to fail.
Better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak and remove all doubt.
@kyleforrester87 Mind if I ask what you didn't like about the last couple missions? I thought that they were pretty cool. I don't play many shooters, so I'm not sure if the whole finale and epilogue twist had been done before, but I was properly shocked and really engaged with it.
"We want different things, Crosshair. That doesn't mean that we have to be enemies."
@RogerRoger I can't completely remember but I do recall that a) the final missions (basically once you went over the wall) seemed rushed in comparison to the earlier game, like they had to get it out in time for launch and b) a particular section in a low gravity environment I think (?) was hard to navigate and I remember being quite frustrated with it.
@RogerRoger I can understand why. I don't mind looking around for my next goal, but when there are continuous waves of enemies, it's difficult to keep your focus on both.
Loving chapter 3 so far. Metroid Prime vibes.
And it's another game to add to my "too dark on regular settings, I have to turn the brightness all the way up" list
@kyleforrester87 Ah, yes, both of those points make sense. I guess I always remember the finale and epilogue as they made a pretty big narrative impact, much moreso than the penultimate missions leading up to them (everything between the ruins and the last cutscene, really... man, those ruins were so gorgeous and fun to play through, I lament whenever subsequent games have presented similar environments and they haven't been half as good; yes, I'm looking at you, Wolfenstein II).
@Octane I hear that. There are some mid-point levels which make excellent use of lighting in short bursts, but are otherwise almost total darkness. Best of luck!
"We want different things, Crosshair. That doesn't mean that we have to be enemies."
@RogerRoger It's fine on 90%, but I was seriously stumbling my way through the dark alleys of chapter 3. There's a point where you just have to stop and ask yourself; ''Did they really intend me to play this game with these settings?'' Probably not, that's when I start messing with them. They're there for a reason after all!
@Octane Chapter Three is the creepy abandoned spaceship, isn't it? I think that's the level when I stopped and turned up the brightness, too!
By the way, thanks to this conversation I dug out the Killzone soundtracks the other day and gave them a listen for the first time in ages. There's a big shift from the orchestral military pomp of the PS3 trilogy to the techno-driven atmospheric music of Shadow Fall. Usually I'd prefer the former, but there's something about Shadow Fall's soundtrack that just really works, at least for me. Awesome stuff. When I eventually replay, I'll do so with headphones, methinks.
"We want different things, Crosshair. That doesn't mean that we have to be enemies."
@Octane Having never played Metroid Prime, I'll take your word for it (oddly enough, there's a level in Star Wars: The Force Unleashed which has exactly the same premise, too... I guess game designers of the time just saw big ships and big fireballs and thought "let's mash 'em together").
"We want different things, Crosshair. That doesn't mean that we have to be enemies."
@RogerRoger You're missing out! The atmosphere and music is gorgeous in that game, and it holds up pretty well too. I really hope that 4 is like the first one.
