Topic: JRPGs with English Dubs?

I know this will probably come across as sacreligious to some of you, but it impacts my enjoyment of games when I have to constantly read subtitles at the bottom of the screen. I really enjoyed the English voice dub in Persona 5, and was looking for additional JRPGs to download on the Playstation store. However, the store pages do not usually indicate whether a game's voice audio is in English or not, and the trailers there can be misleading in some contexts. For example, the trailer for Tales of Berseria had Japanese voices, but I found out online that there is in fact an English dub.

Do people know what other JRPGs on the store have English dubs? I'm looking for additional ones to play after enjoying Persona 5 so much. Thanks!

Nah, I'm the same way and I prefer anime with english dubs as well.
Having to read what is being said takes my eyes away from the action....don't want that.

Anyway, that said; good question!
Only one I can think of that I am 100% sure about is the Final Fantasy series (from X forward they have voices in them).
The other more niche JRPG series I am not 100% certain about.
Oh, and Tales of Zestiria as well, but I don't like that one so wouldn't reccommend it.

Do you have a Vita? Many great JRPGs there!

i prefer to play with the english voices, it is after all my native language but the main reason is because i have a problem with the sight in one of my eyes and it makes reading at speed hard so for subtitle only games i end up missing most of the story especially if it's happening during gameplay

it's why i watch my Anime with the dub too

but to answer your question most modern JRPG's have dub unless it's a niche game or unless it fits the story better like the Yakuza games but i'm pretty sure all the Tales games have english voice over same as voiced Final Fantasy, Dragon Quest, Star Ocean and Kingdom Hearts games

"Now! This is it! Now is the time to choose! Die and be free of pain or live and fight your sorrow! Now is the time to shape your stories! Your fate is in your hands!
