I am looking to buy a PlayStation primarily to play FPS games but I want a guncon. Is there an option in the PS4?

i know I can get time crisis and House of the dead on ps3 with a guncon but have heard these guncons don't work on new TVs?

Is my only option to buy a PS4 and is the controllers motion sensor?

I don't know about PS4 gun peripherals but it is true that Guncon only works with the bulky old CRT TVs.
