Topic: GameStop PS4 Slim + $50 Gift Card Order Not Showing

I tried looking up my GameStop order of the PS4 Slim + $50 Gift Card, and it keeps saying my Order # doesn't exist.

Does anyone know what's going on? I ordered using guest checkout and my PayPal balance SEVEN hours ago.

@ToddlerNaruto My guess is that there site is probably getting bombarded due to the sales going on so naturally there will be hiccups. Of course we really won't know for sure, your best bet is to contact Gamestop as they are the ones who would know. I am afraid people here can only speculate since we don't have anything to do with Gamestop.

They're probably super busy today, but yes, you're best off contacting GameStop support for further assistance.

I tried calling GameStop's online support number over an hour ago and waited an hour, never got thru to a person.

What else can I try doing?!

@ToddlerNaruto Unfortunately you might just have to sit tight until tomorrow. It's Thanksgiving after all, and then Black Friday tomorrow.

You have the confirmation email, so my guess is that this is probably an error on their website. I'm sure your console will get delivered fine!

@ToddlerNaruto you could try going to your local store with a copy of your e-mail and get them to check on the order but other than that keep trying to contact them in any way you can, phone, email, hell even twitter (but don't put any order information on there if you do, in fact you should probably remove it from here too because you never know who will read these posts)

also keep checking to see if it's come back in case it was a glitch, a similar thing happened to me on amazon once but the order was still on their system (although amazon has a chat function and i could contact them relatively fast and easily)

I'm not worried about the console delivering, I need the order to complete ASAP so they will send me the FREE $50 gift card.

There are games I want to order from GameStop.com before they run out of stock, and I can't afford them until I get the gift card!

Yeah going into the store might be the best bet. I just tried to go to their site and got nothing bit an error message. Unfortunately you just got stay calm and have patience especially this time of the year when it comes to shopping.

I can't go to a GameStop store today, they don't open until 4 PM here and I will be busy spending Thanksgiving with my family, which is mandatory.

So I guess I'm out of luck until tomorrow basically?

@ToddlerNaruto Basically unless you can get over there after you have dinner. If you are still in the area where I think you are, you can go to the Gamestop across from the mall the manager is really helpful there. She is probably the only good Gamestop employee that will actually help a customer rather then lie to them just to get a sale.

We're going all the way to Mack Road to visit my Grandma...hopefully I can make it to the store before they close at 10 PM tonight.

I had to order the PS4 Slim from a Walmart store that's an hour away walking for pickup, there was no shipping option at all.

Hopefully this is the end of this drama, I can't wait to finally bring it home on Monday and set up my PS4.
