Topic: Everybody's Golf revisited

Picked this up during Black Friday and I'm having a blast. Currently just shy of rank 4 and looking forward to more courses and fishing. Alpine course is the best so far. The online aspect I dabbled in and I like it so far. Anyone else still playing? Are the dlc courses worth it? If so, do tournament options come up for those courses then or are they just free play?

Wow, I know golf is supposed to be quiet, but I'm surprised everyone moved on from this game so fast. Tis the season I guess.

@Elodin Hi I did notice this thread but I thought someone else would still be playing and get back to you! It's a very fun game. I actually did go back and play this for a little bit, as I remembered that I hadn't tried out the Turf War mode (which is pretty fun, it turns out).

I'm not sure about the DLC courses as I didn't pick them up, but I think they're supposed to be throwbacks to old courses, so if you're a longstanding fan, you may get an extra kick out of them.

I still enjoy it and will definitely be playing over Christmas. The grind was a bit ridiculous in single player, but I thoroughly enjoy the game.

@Quintumply I did enjoy the old games on ps2. I might have to pick up an extra course to reminisce. Thanks for the recommendation.

Hope im not necro posting but started this today.

Its crashed 3 times on the pro so far. All in the first tournament. This last one is a complete crash. Screen is static, music is playing although nothings happening. Has anybody else had this?

I actually got it for Christmas and I've been playing it loads. I'm still really confused about how a lot of it works - I'm not sure if it's bad at explaining stuff or if I'm just a pea brain - but I love it. I'm in rank 5 at the minute. I don't know how many ranks there are. I figured I'd level up and whatnot before bothering with online, which is another of the things I'm absolutely bamboozled about.

Yeah, no crashes here on PS4 Pro either.

@johncalmc @get2sammyb @kyleforrester87 Thanks lads. I will delete and reinstall. There is an uncommon freezing issue with golf courses which use a tornado hole. Faults and crashes in EG are so uncommon I ended up on a real life golf forum to find out. Reinstalling seems to fix it. Will do that later.

Ive rebuilt the pros database in case it was that and the game still keeps crashing in the first tournament. Devestated.

No crashes for me. I keep forgetting I own it too!

I got a little burned out on the first few courses. It just takes sooooo long to unluck new courses

@BowTiesAreCool @NathanUC Thanks for letting me know. Im sending the game back to gameseekers where my wife got it from. Its after 30 days of purchase but they are looking to replace the disc if a data error is found. Hopefully as thats all it could possibly be now, every game on my pro works apart from everybodys golf.

@themcnoisy Tornado holes are for noobs anyway. Even on the campaign when I need to play a Tornado hole I just say no and the games like fair do's and we're on to the next one. That's what happens when your PS4 respects you noisy.

You think about that.
