As I'm older you'd think I'd be stuck on physical media. However nowadays virtually all media is purchased as the following:
books - always physical (i look at screens enough, don't want to when reading)
music - all CD's ripped to PC; 2 downloads from PSN; except for a few artists i follow don't buy music in any medium - i have too much
movies - still own DVD/bluray i never watch, stream netflix and don't pay for cable
games - PS3 130 games 80 are physical / PS4 105 games 10 are physical (and were bought within first week of owning PS4) so you see which way I'm going.
Except for books basically everything I buy now is digital - mostly games
Also, convince is often stated for digital, but if you delete games off a hard drive they’ll go on much faster with a disc than downloaded them off the store again.
I'm not sure if that is the case. I've done that a few times and have noticed that it is the opposite, digital games load a bit faster than disk versions.
Life is more fun when you help people succeed, instead of wishing them to fail.
Better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak and remove all doubt.
