Last Wednesday I was a local game shop here in England when I saw a physical copy of Bloodborne on the shelve (for display purposes of course) so I picked it up and had a look at the back. Thinking it would say about preordering the game, it turned out to be the legitimate case. So looking at the file size it says 40.05 GB I'd imagine it will be the same for different regions. Obviously you have to take my word for it for now but thought I'd let you guys know.
It sounds about right, doesn't it? Sometimes shops use placeholder boxart, but I've known them to use the final sleeves, too. Quite a hefty one for digital download fans.

I was expecting it to be a promo case but no it was the real thing.
