@Jaz007 Hey, sorry Captain, I've been hit with a couple days' unfortunately-timed busyness. I was hoping to be more involved / do more research on the games I haven't played, but alas, I'm gonna just have to replicate my first pass. Where I haven't voted, I'm more than happy to go along with the consensus of my comrades, especially those who've actually played things.

I did a little research on all the lesser known games to come up with a rank on them as well. I had forgotten that Band Fuse was actually that music game that tried to advance the genre to include actual real-world electric guitars intead of the plastic simplified peripherals used by other games. It was a nice idea, but a little too late as the genre was dying out by oversaturation of the Rock Band and Guitar Hero / Band Hero games. Still I give them credit for trying to evolve the genre.

As ironchimp hasn't posted I have invited a mate of mine to join the team @TowaHerschel7 who has just given me a code to an unreleased Ps4 game. What a legend! He didn't receive my original mention but I have spoken to him on the Ps4 and will join in on the next round.

Batman Arkham Origins - Important.
Bejeweled 3: While I'm not a big fan of the game I'd say it's important due to the unique features it introduced to the genre. - Important.
Beyond: Two Souls: I'd say can be fun if you have specific tastes, but didn't revolutionize the genre in any meaningful way. On a side-note I didn't particularly enjoy the game myself. - Existing

Those are the only games that I have out of the current list that is being deliberated.

So I balanced it all using the different votes (only thing it was needed for a tie-breaker, as in if there's 2 exists, 2 not importants, and a important, the important will serve a tie-breaker and the exist will win.) I also if there was tie where one group had more people that played the game the group that played the game won. And I used used votes for whoever said they researched the game more or whatnot as a last tie-breaker.

I did enjoy Bionic Commando, good fun. Shame it sold so poorly. Although Bionic Commando Rearmed was even better, a very good game.

@Jaz007 Looks great Cap’t! Yeah, I was wondering what the best system might be, but I think yours works out well. I can go with the list as you have it there.
@LieutenantFatman Yeah, none of us played it, but I researched it to try to get a feel for its best category. It’s a shame, but I guess that’s why Noisy included the veto system. You always have your veto if you feel it should be considered ‘important.’ Yeah, I was wishing I could intervene on behalf of AC3 over on your teams thread. It was getting a lot of shade over there. I quite enjoyed AC3 and feel like although it didn’t set the world on fire as far as compared to AC2 and AC4, the ship battle mechanic was introduced in AC3 and this led to AC4 and beyond. I haven’t played Origins or Odyssey yet, but I think they both have the naval gameplay too, at least I’m pretty sure Odyssey does. So despite AC3 having some recycled elements from other Ubisoft games, I believe it was the pioneer of the ship warfare and it was very well implemented. Alas, it’s not my team’s debate though 😂. I have a veto to use if I want.

@Frigate Cool new avatar, btw. Already starting to campaign for Nariko and Heavenly Sword? 😋. Love it.
Maybe I’ll dip into the PS3 well for a new avatar in honor of the poll.

@Jaz007 Thanks for pulling all this together, and for coming up with a fair and straightforward system for calculating our team's final categorisations. I like this method; it keeps our debates separate from any fiddling or number-crunching tactical voting down the line (not that I think my esteemed comrades would ever do such things).

Sorry again for not posting much; I'm hoping to be around a little more soon, especially now I've got a phone which doesn't brick on me on any random battery percentage below three-quarters.
