Topic: God Of War Ascension removed from my download list. Help?

Seeing all those God of War sales made me a little nostalgic, so I went to re-download a game I had purchased a while ago, God of War: Ascension. After searching through my download list, I was shocked to not see it on there anymore. I figured it was probably just a glitch, so I searched the PSN Store for it, and the vanilla version of it has been removed entirely. The only versions available are the Ultimate DLC Bundle pack (which I already had all the DLC for anyways) and the Playstation Now rental version. Frustrated, I called Playstation Customer Support. I told them everything that happened and they couldn't give me a straight answer. Finally they said, if I can't 'prove' that I bought it, that they were not going to help me out. I have never had this problem before, and certainly haven't had such pitiful 'help'. They're usually very helpful and solve any problems I have.

Is anyone else having this problem?!

I have been having the worst week with anything Sony...

**After being on the phone today for over 2 hours, they still claim the purchase was never made. I have never had such bad service from Sony in my life.

If you bought it with a credit card or bank card it should have a record of the transaction. Also when you bought it the should have sent you an email receipt, I know I always get one from Sony when I buy something from the PSN. Heck I even get one when I download the free PSN + games.

I don't know why, but I only started getting those email receipts in the middle of 2014, which ironically is exactly where my 'transaction history' with Sony begins. I've been making purchases with them since 2010 though, which makes absolutely no sense.
I found a huge contradiction in what they were telling me, to what the records show, and then they started accusing me of lying and trying to steal from them. I was so outraged that they said that. I have over 1,300 downloads, why would I lie about a mediocre game like that? That's a bargain bin title, I could pick it up for pennies. It's just the principle behind it that upset me most!

This is really odd - I'm not sure how the record of your purchase could get deleted/removed like that. Are all of your other purchases - to your knowledge - showing up correctly? The download list can be hard to navigate; I know this sounds patronising - I don't mean it to - but are you sure you haven't just accidentally scrolled past it? Is it available to download when you search for it in the PlayStation Store perhaps? (I'm sure you've tried this, but worth a shot anyway)

The vanilla version of the game has been removed from the Playstation Network, it's now only available in either, A. A bundle with all the DLC (which I have), and B., on the Playstation Rental Service.
I know there's something wrong with my account, because the DLC, even though I have it, and it shows I bought it, does not appear on my Download List at all. I got it all the same day that I purchased God of War: Ascension in digital form, and I showed them this huge contradiction on the date the DLC was purchased, but my download list having a week-long-gap in either direction and not showing up there, which I've never heard of or seen with anyone else. Also, as stated earlier, there's a huge error with my transaction history in that it only starts as of mid-2014, and there is no 'trackable' history before that. The same thing with the emails they send out when you make purchases.
And no, I didn't skip over it. I meticulously went over all 1,312 items in my download list, more then once. This is the first time that I have been treated so horribly by Sony's Customer Service team.

thats such bull, if you got to your download list in your ps3 it will have the download there still, showing you bought it. Im not sure if you can redownload it from there but at least you have proof.
