@RogerRoger It was always going to remain civil - at least between me and @themcnoisy as I have the utmost respect for him. I also respect the amount of work he has put in to this site over the years, the amount of Game of the Year, Game of all Time etc he has organised and seen through to completion. Beyond that, I consider him a friend too.

Not everyone can see eye to eye or agree on everything and I am sure that @themcnoisy has his vision for this and the process. I respect the fact that he also tried to meet my request for an opportunity for everyone to have an opportunity to have a say on the games they were not involved in - it was obvious it wasn't his vision and for that I do thank him too. Unfortunately it was not enough for me to feel that I could participate knowing that, as a 'team' we could only pick 1 game which may or may not of led to someone being out-voted and therefore not able to have their voice heard on a game they were unhappy with and its position. I also couldn't continue knowing that, as a team, we could have spent a LOT of time deliberating and placing a game in a category only for 1 person to come along and over-rule 6 or even go against the rest of the team and use a veto to get their own way because the decision of the group they were in wasn't exactly how they wanted it to be. I am not criticising @themcnoisy for this at all and, at the end of the day its his project and how he envisioned it to be completed and I have the utmost respect for him and his amazing work he does for this site.

I know its purely my issue and my belief that is the problem here. Its why I had to back out but I still thank @themcnoisy for at least trying to find a compromise for my issue here. It was better that I back out, that I back down than try and push harder and expect @themcnoisy to run this in the any other way than he had envisioned. Its one of his many amazing projects that he has done for this site and I only wish you all fun whilst you all discuss and deliberate over the last gen era of games.

I game with @BAMozzy and have the upmost respect for him. I would call him a friend and we have argued a few times but that's amongst the 10000 plus posts between us. It doesn't bother either of us tbh. It's why I wanted him to be a Captain. Hes voted in every poll we have ever done going back over 4 years.

@Jaz007 they are out. Team appeals are in. Its one appeal per team. That's why @Ralizah @RogerRoger and @Fight_Sora_Fight are the judges. They are the spokes people from each team on appeals to keep things simple.

I would suggest moving Castlevania: Lords of Shadow up to important depending on what my team thinks.

Also can we use the Team Veto only for our games or can we use it on any game in any group?

@Fight_Sora_Fight The way I understand it — I believe the team veto is a way that our team can attempt to change the placement of one other game on another team’s list.
Each team has an appeal leader, apparently that person in conjunction with their team will make a case for the game to be changed. As far as who has the final say after that, I’m not sure.
