Topic: Demo Disc

The EU and US demo disc are quite different in content US gets 18 games EU 8 games. Seems EU is getting a raw deal again. But apparently you can download the disc from US or Canadian PSN store so might be worth setting up an account if you do not already have one.

I installed the digital version even though I have the disc, cause wearing the visor swapping discs can be a pain.

Just for reference, when i got my psvr (UK), the first thing i installed was the demo disc. Being lazy for when it comes to showing the vr off i just did what someone else here said they did and downloaded the digital version, and guess what, there is more on the (UK) digital download than there is on the disc that came with the unit.

So I just got the psvr yesterday and I have to say the demo disc here in the US are a godsend. I never thought I would like a game like thumper or Rez infinite in theory but in vr they are so cool and you can't get that experience anywhere. Really demonstrates how awesome vr is.

Im made up with the demo disc and vr worlds being packed in to the psvr. Thats enough gaming to show you both the strong points and weak points.

My favourite game is the 3d pong. That Razor beat me 5-3 in the final of the tournament. Absolutely brilliant and loved every second.

Then Headmaster (not so great the second time I played it must have been the initial wow factor) followed by tumble vr.

Driveclub demo started amazing (love vanilla dc anyway) I nearly whooped with delight during the first few corners of the demo. Then I got really sick.

Eve Valkyrie became unplayable for me, again amazing early doors in the cockpit. I was like woo hoo. Then I got really really sick.

Luge is the worst vr game so far. Absolutely terrible. Then I got fairly sick.
