There is a sale on Crowns at the moment for the next week or so. 5500 for £16.99 they are normally £23.99 so its a big saving. The smaller crown packs are also avialable. They are worth getting at this price because the last time they were on sale was November. The new Thieves Guild is out now as well. Think I will get all the additional DLC being as the crowns are on offer.

I noticed after the latest patch some of thr skyshards I picked up and got achievements for turned up back in the game. So means I got a few free skill points after collectng the shards. Worth checking in game to see if its the same for your games.

There are some good changes coming to the game soon with the latest patches. Not sure about the removal of Veteran ranks I liked how they differered from the the level 1-50. But will see how they manage it. Crafting of poison will be good but guess that depends on which weapons you are using. Finally they will be adding the name in games so you see the character name not the PSN tag. One of the best features though will be item locking so you do not deconstruct items by accident. I will use it to save items I want to research.

I enjoyed the Thieves Guild DLC and thought the new area looked great. The new trait line was decent as well. The Thieves Troves are great always finding good loot on my travels. The counterfeit warrants have saved my bacon a few times. I would liked to have seen the hiding spots across all the areas though not just during the missions.

If anyone is interested in joining an active guild either for social reasons, trading or banking then add me on PSN and I will send you a guild invite. We have master crafts people and can do dungeons training runs. Also have a great trading spots every week.

When I started Elder Scrolls Online it felt like I was a small fish in a massive pond. Did not have a clue what to do, where to go or how to craft anything. First thing I would advise is spending you money on backpack upgrades that will help you no end. The first couple of upgrades just cost about 2000 gold. You will find bag fills up quickly. Get a horse as soon as you can they are about 10,000 gold for the cheapest and then you need to make sure you visit the stable every 20 hours. You can upgrade speed stamina but the best upgrade is that you can upgrade bag space via the horse upto 60 additional spaces which is great.

You will get lots of guild invites I suggest you accept a few of them and then see if that guild is a good for you or not. Guilds can be really helpful. You often get high level crafters who can make you new armour, weapons and food items. If you want I can send you an invite to a guild I am in they are a great bunch of people and very helpful. They also have their own website and forum so you can post any questions you have.

I would suggest using a character guide. This will help you choose the right skills and upgrades. I personally used this one and found it to be spot on. But there are also lots of reddit threads as well. http://guides.gamepressure.com/elderscrollsonline/guide.asp?I...

Make sure you use a skyshard map for each area you visit. For every 3 skyshards you get a skill point so they soon add up.

Get into the habit of researching traits early in the game. They can take a long time upto 24 days in real time! Sell items you do not need, deconstruct others which will help you level up your crafting skills. Any item you pick up or aquire can be sold through a guild which will make you money its probably the best and easiet way to make money in the game. You choose what price you sell items for but sell that at reasonable prices then they sell quicker.

Regardig the story it progresses organically and each time you complete one mission it should lead you to the next. You will find you pick up 100's of side missions which are worth doing to level up your character.

Final bit of advice because I am waffling on. Setup about 5 or 6 characters (in the game people refer to them as alts) They serve one importnant purpose they can be used as additional bank space for storing items. What you do is put items into your bank. The log into what ever character you want to store the items with. Get them to access the bank and take the items out . When you need to use them for your main character just log into your alt where the items are stored and put them into the bank. The bank space is shared between all characters.

Which server are you on EU or NA? Let me know if you have any Q's would be happy to help

Seeing as the game got a new expansion, though I’d try to revive this thread, have many of you checked out Summerset? What are your thoughts?
I’ve only recently bought the game and I’m working my through the main quest plus the AD quest line too, might jump to Summerset just to check it out though

Also is there a pushsquare guild in the game? Gotta be representing the team at all times 😜

Honest I have thought about picking it up especially since I have been enjoying Skyrim of late. The problem is I just don't have time for an MMO these days. I remember playing WoW a few years ago and that would be the only thing I would play. Much happier now playing a variety of games then just one.
