Hi All.
Please be aware that this post is to seek assistance and not rant, however my disappointment might show through.

I recently purchased a splitfish shark Frag FX controller because it is a mouse that is officially license by Sony.
I am a PC gamer and read that a lot of people feel that keyboard and mouse like XIM and Venom X that tricks the game into thinking it is a M&K is a controller is paramount to cheating.

I am not the best player ever and only play casually.

I bought an officially SONY PS licensed product with the idea that the quality checks would be there and that it would not only be a good product but also the affilidated company would be on par.

I was so wrong.

i had my SharkFx controller for 4 months and the chuck no longer wants to work (switches on but does not pair with the dongle). i sent several support emails to the company as well as reaching out to them on facebook messager and received no response.

as a last ditched effort to try and get assistance, i posed in the comments of one of their posts but instead of helping me, they deleted my comment and blocked me from sending any form of message to them or commenting on posts.

Now i am sitting with a controller that does not work, no means of speaking to someone to resolve my issue and waisted 110 euros and countless hours in the process.

If anyone has ever had a problem with the splitfish controllers does not pair with the dongle and was able to fix it please let me know how you fixed it so that i can try and salvage this scenario.

PS. The company that makes the splitfish controllers "Art of play GmbH" should be ashamed of themselves. not offering proper support is one thing, but blatantly ignoring someones plea for assistance and blocking them from communicating their problems that could lead to them making a better product is another.
PSS. I honestly thing Sony should relook at their relationship with this company and revoke the official licensing status of this product.

@Justplainj It might take awhile to get ahold of companies due to the quarantine going on right now. Several companies are either a shutdown completely or at a minimum workforce meaning it might take awhile for them to responded if they responded at all during this time.

Just be patient and keep trying to contact them nicely don't be rude or aggressive towards them. Either that or wait till the quarantine is over and they are back to full staff and contact them then.

If those aren't ideal for you, you can always try to return the item to the store you got it from for an exchange of a properly working one.

I will await patiently although I doubt they will respond after they deleted my comments on facebook and blocked me
That act seems like rather odd.

However the real attention should be the query of if someone has this controller and had the same problem I have and was able to fix it. The solution will be much appreciated.

Ps. I cannot return it to the store I bought it.
I ordered it online from the splitfish website and it was posted to me.
