I wonder if the U.S. has similar regulations. I am a little ignorant on such things. From the sounds of it, the regulations sound favorable. The internet is an international and intercontinental industry. And like was said, the technology has developed more quickly than our common sense and ability to oversee those who desire to exploit.

Although apologies to @Rudy_Manchego and anybody else who, as I.T. chaps and chapesses, will be carrying the load. I'm one of those annoying "ideas men" who come up with all the hoops you're so frequently forced to jump through, so I hope this one isn't too rough.

As long as you've still got time to engage scam email senders with 80s television show opening sequences, that's all that matters.
