I am attempting to download a theme through a redeem code (its a dynamic TLOU II theme by NaughtyDog) but I keep receiving the WS-45517-2 error code every time I click confirm after putting in the redeem code. I searched the PS site, the code apparently does not exist on their end so I figured I'd come here and see if any of you know what it means or have run into the same code before. The site that published the redeem code (just checked, it was published by PushSquare) says its good until Feburary 11th 2021 so I'm not sure why it isnt working.
