I was attempting to set up parental controls on the PS4 for my son. I want to be able to manage his screentime. Unfortunately, I set him up as the manager instead of the child ( I should be the manager) . After speaking to the PS support, it appears that this action cannot be reversed. They have sent me a pile of emails to go through, but it doesn’t sound promising!
Has anyone a solution to this problem. I could of course create a new account and apply the child settings to this, but then I would lose all his saved data and settings, etc. or is there a way of moving his account details from an old account to a new account.
