When my (brand new) PS4 controller is plugged in to charge, I repeatedly get error messages stating that my headphones have been disconnected and that no microphone is available.
I have literally never connected a headset or headphones to this controller.
The only thing approaching a solution I have been able to find suggested plugging the controller into the USB port on the back of the system. I don't have that model, so that's not going to work.
Has anyone dealt with this at all? It's getting obnoxious.
