Topic: dualshock 4 ps button wont work + working as mouse on PC

hey everyone, today i encountered a problem on my dualshock and have been trying to fix it all day, looking for guides. Unfortunately i thnk i have 2 very unique problems which i dont know are related at all. I will try to be a detailed as possible. I will clarify that this is using my dualshock on my PC, connected to steam.

So yesterday i used my controller normally, played with some friends and everything went fine. I stopped playing at around 9pm. Today at 4pm i tried to turn it on, but it didnt work. Here's where it gets tricky:

-When i push the PS button, the light wont flicker at all, it just stays off
-When i charge it is orange like usual
-When i press share+PS button it works normally
-When i connect it to my PC via bluetooth it connects, but turns off after 10-15 seconds

I've tried all the guides i could find, but none talk about this specific instance. I've already:
-Opened it and reconnected most cables. Not cleaned it yet but it doesnt look that dirty.
-Held the reset button on the back multiple times.
-Charging it to %100
-restarted my computer multiple times

This is probably a hardware issue because it just doesnt look for ps4s when i press the PS button, but i wanted to make sure here. My second problem is simpler because it just seems like a plugin issue.

So, because i couldnt connect my dualshock via bluetooth, i decided to just use an USB to play on steam. But instead, my PC seems to be using it as a mouse, rn left stick moves the cursor and r1 is left click. Steam seems to recognize it as a PS4 controller, but when i open games it still works as a mouse. I already checked that i dont have DS4windows installed. My question is: are there any pluggins i might have installed in the past that are causing this??? Is it a steam problem?? rn it seems like a windows 10 problem but any feedback is appreciated.
