I am having a real problem connecting my PS4 controller. It was working fine the other day and then yesterday it just stopped working. I have looked at avrious blogs/forums for answers but none are helping. When I turn the PS4 on, it says I need to connect my controller with a USB cable and press the PS button, here is what I have done so far:
*Connect my original controller with a USB cable, pressed the PS button and nothing. The light is orange, then flashes white once when I press the PS button.
*Tried 3 other USB cables, all doing the same as above.
*Reset the controller, again nothing.
*Bought a new USB charging cable, again nothing.
*Bought a New PS4 controller, tried with all the USB cables and in safe mode, but again nothing. When the new controller is plaugged in with any of the 4 cables the light is orange as if its charging, but when I press the PS button it flashes white once and goes back to orange.
*Bought a PS4 controller charging dock, placed both the new and old controller in that. They charge but still nothing when I try to connect them.
Please can anyone give me some advice as to what I should try next???
