Topic: Can't get sign in to PlayStation Network

One day, everything was fine then the next day we can't login. I put in my sign in address and my password. It prompts me to check my mobile phone for a text message. It must have an incorrect cell number because I don't get the text. In fact, I'm pretty sure I never put in a cell number in the first place. I have changed my password twice. I have gone into 2 step verification to turn it off but there is not an option to do that. I tried to change my mobile number by going to account management - then account information but the account information is grayed out so I can't select it. I have tried to contact Play Station by live chat and phone but it says due to the Covid19 they are not available. Even more frustrating is Play Station still charged me today for Playstation Now.

Yeah, you aren't going to be able to do anything till the quarantine is over I am afraid. If you are getting charges charged to a card you have tied to your account you can call your bank and get the card cancelled so as you don't get charged anymore. Because if you argue with Sony about charges you most likely will get your account closed.
