Get Set For The Biggest Playstation Store Update In History Next Week.

There's little to no presence anywhere for Sony's upcoming PSP Go, even though it will be available from October 1st. Still, Sony have finally highlighted some plans regarding the type of content we can expect from the new system. And it sounds like it's going to be the biggest Playstation Store update in history.

In North America 16,000 pieces of content will be available for the system from launch. This includes 225 downloadable games (which is a combination of full PSP titles, PSN exclusives, UMD legacy titles and Minis), 2,300 movies and 13,300 television episodes. Titles include Gran Turismo and God Of War: Chains Of Oylmpus.

For those who want the Go but are not prepared to enter their credit card details on the Playstation Store, retailers are set to stock game vouchers for various releases, which will see you pre-pay for a game and get access to it via a download code.
