thatgamecompany are probably one of our favourite developers out there. We have to admit, it would break our hearts a little bit to see them work on another platform. But alas, their genius and vision really should be seen by others so, while it would hurt, we’re totally behind them with whatever they do.
Working on other platforms is something they may well do aswell. Where we previously believed Sony owned thatgamecompany, it’s emerged they are in an exclusivity deal with Sony for just three games – of which two have already seen release. Now there’s no reason why Sony can’t extend the contract, but of course, it’s all in the hands of the studio.
Just for the record – on behalf of Playstation owners – we’d love to get a message out there to thatgamecompany. We all really appreciate your games.
