Next3D Developing 3D Movies For The PS3

Did You Know That The SEGA Master System Had 3D Glasses?
As time goes by, we’re hearing a lot more about 3D movies; be it in cinema or the possibility of it coming to video games. In fact, Sony themselves showcased 3D versions of Wipeout HD and Gran Turismo 5 Prologue at this years CES.
The technology is being touted to jump into the home cinema sooner than expected, with Next3D developing a downloadable application for the PS3 enabling full 3D 1080p movies. Of course you’ll need a special TV for it to work.
It sounds expensive, but also really awesome. Presumably this is the “next step”.
