Shock Horror: Sony Actually Make Some Money, Expected To Report Profit

According to a report from Nikkei (through the lovely folks at Reuters), Sony are expected to announce a profit of ¥100 billion ($1.1 billion) for the period of October through December 2009. It’ll basically be the first profit Sony has posted in what seems like an age.
The profit’s believed to come from improved Playstation 3 sales (the Slim model was introduced in September) and a recovery in the company’s Bravia TV range.
